WHATS NEW!

Aging Services Guide Project in 2013

We know that today’s consumers want objective, accurate information so that they can make informed decisions. With this in mind, the Center has launched a pilot project using Aging Services Guides to provide consumers the opportunity to understand how to search for what they want and need in a meaningful, self-directed way. In this way, Guides empower consumers to make informed decisions that reflect their emerging and changing needs.

Engaging Consumers of Aging Services . . . a state and national imperative intended to build public trust, enhance social accountability and empower consumers to make good choices
