There are four different ways to become affiliated with the Center for Positive Aging Housing Providers If you provide any kind of housing for seniors and identify yourself as meeting the criteria, then as a Quality FIRST provider you may become a local Center for Positive Aging in your community and receive the benefit of affiliation. These are the documents you will need to download and review.
Care at Home Providers If you provide direct care services to individuals living in their homes and identify yourself as meeting the criteria, then as a Quality FIRST provider you may become a local Center for Positive Aging in your community and receive the benefits of affiliation.
Business products and services for consumers If you have a business that provides various products and business services for consumers and identify yourself as meeting the criteria, we will list your information on the web site as a resource for consumers, along with other benefits of affiliation. Congregations If you are a congregation that supports a ministry with senior adults and identifies your congregation as meeting the criteria to become an affiliate congregation, we will list you on the web site for seniors looking for congregations in Georgia and provide you with information to connect seniors, families and caregivers in your connection with aging services providers in your community.
